  12.                        Programmer/Analyst
  13.  
  14. Position requires BS degree in Information Systems, Computer
  15. Science, or related area, minimum three years experience; Oracle, 
  16. OracleCASE, Microsoft Access, Clipper, C Language, dBase,
  17. Powerbuilder, UNIX, Netware, and DOS preferred.  Practical data
  18. base development, documentation, and implementation skills are
  19. required.  Responsibilities include the design, development,
  20. testing, and maintenance of software applications using third
  21. (e.g., C language) and 4th (e.g., dBase, Access, Oracle) generation
  22. programming languages, and the installation of software
  23. applications and upgrades.
